Otherworld is a community arts festival that takes place at Halloween every year. We will announce the programme in October - watch this space!

Members of the Ballymun community form a Festival Steering Committee along with community groups, axis Ballymun and Dublin City Council. We are always looking for new members of that committee to work together to organise this amazing event!
