WhistleBlast’s Composition Programme 2026 'Hear My Voice' continues to integrate mainstream and young people with additional needs in our well-known Composition Programme facilitating all groups’ own new original works.

To create these performances, workshops are facilitated nationwide in Mayo, Dublin, Athenry, Limerick and Galway. This grand finale performance in Axis, Ballymun welcomes young audiences, free of charge, to enjoy a fabulous accessible short concert by WhistleBlast Quartet and includes young performers from Scoil Chiarain’s Special School in the final original piece of the concert.

WhistleBlast’s unique programme focuses on an outreach project that is inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities, mainstream and students with additional needs co creating and collaborating with the quartet to develop and perform new composed repertoire in wonderful, uplifting performances.
