Axis has two Gallery spaces: The Mezzanine Gallery and The Café Gallery.

We are always seeking new connections with visual and mixed media artists from Ballymun, the local area and beyond. The highly sought after Axis Mezzanine Gallery hosts a variety of visual arts exhibitions, by local and national artists. While our Café Space welcomes community and local exhibitions.

If you’re visiting the Axis please do drop by both spaces to see the work on display. We have our full Gallery Programme here .

Both spaces are better suited to wall hanging work but Axis is always open to new ideas, mediums and structures. We love hearing exhibition pitches and meeting new artists.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 8.00pm.
Weekend opening hours may vary, please feel free to call us on (01) 883 2100 for details.

How to book the Gallery spaces

1. Visit the booking page and select Gallery Enquiry (to your right).

2. Choose which space you’d like:

   • Café Gallery

   • Mezzanine Gallery

   • Café & Mezzanine together

3. Pick your date.

   a) If you would like multiple dates, select the first date and time, then click ‘select another time’ until you have added all, then click ‘select and continue’.

   b) If you would like recurring bookings, select the first date and time, then click ‘select and make recurring’ and advise for how many weeks you would like the booking to reoccur.

4. Complete the enquiry form with your contact details and event information.

5. Submit your request.

6. Axis staff will confirm availability.

7. You’ll then receive a confirmation email once your booking is approved.
