Axis Creche: AIM Support Worker

Axis Creche is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AIM Support Worker to join our team in the Preschool Room, supporting inclusion for all children. This is a government-funded position, 30 hours per week during both term and non-term time.

Position Details

·       Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm

·       Room: Preschool Room with 16 Children

·       Team: You will work alongside 2 key workers and another AIM support worker

Requirements

·       Early Childhood Care & Education Level 5 Qualification

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an early years setting

·       A strong commitment and interest to inclusive, child-centred practice

·       Ability to work on own initiative

·       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

About the Role

As an AIM Support Worker, you will help ensure that every child can participate fully in our preschool environment. You will be expected to support the team with inclusive strategies, adapting activities, and creating an environment where all children can thrive socially, emotionally and developmentally.
