Conference Room

Axis' Conference Centre is a space spanning 1,700sq ft that can house up to 160 people. In order to meet all varieties of conference needs, the space can be divided up into 3 seminar / board rooms of varying sizes. Our 200-seat theatre is an additional conference space that we can offer for larger scale conference events. It is used regularly by axis tenants, local and community groups, as well as local businesses and politicians.

The axis Conference Centre is easily accessible with close proximity to the M50 and Dublin Airport.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 10pm

Out of Hours

  • Monday to Friday/ or Saturday - additional €35 per hour 

  • Sun & Bank Holiday - additional €60 per hour

How to book a Conference Rooms

  1. On the booking page, select Conference Room – Enquiry (to your right).

  2. Choose your room.

  3. Select the duration:

    • 1 Hour (Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are booked hour by hour. If you need more than one hour, select consecutive time slots (e.g. 2–4pm = two slots, 2pm & 3pm. Select the first date and time, then click ‘select another time’ until you have added all, then click ‘select and continue’). 

    • Half Day - up to 4 Hours (Room 4 only)

    • Full day - up to 8 Hours (Room 4 only)

  4. Pick your date and time.

    a) If you would like recurring bookings, select the first date and time, then click ‘select and make recurring’ and advise for how many weeks you would like the booking to reoccur. 

  5. Fill in your details and any special requirements.

  6. Submit your request.

  7. Staff will cross‑check availability and confirm.

  8. You’ll receive a confirmation email once approved.

Cancellation Fees

  • Up to two weeks prior to the event: 25% of room hire

  • Between 2 weeks and 48 hours prior to the event: 50% of room hire

  • 48 hours or less: 100% of room hire & 100% of catering costs
