Conference Rooms

Axis' Conference Centre is a space spanning 1,700sq ft that can house up to 160 people. In order to meet all varieties of conference needs, the space can be divided up into 3 seminar / board rooms of varying sizes. Our 200-seat theatre is an additional conference space that we can offer for larger scale conference events. It is used regularly by Axis tenants, local and community groups, as well as local businesses and politicians.

The Axis Conference Centre is easily accessible with close proximity to the M50 and Dublin Airport.

Opening Hours

Monday - Friday: 9am - 10pm

Out of Hours

  • Monday to Friday/ or Saturday - additional €35 per hour 

  • Sunday & Bank Holiday - additional €60 per hour

How to book Conference Rooms

  1. Choose your preferred Conference Room.

  2. Choose your length of booking, date and time then click select and continue.  

    Note: Conference Room 4 is only available for half or full day bookings and you must enquire before booking.

    a) If you want to make a second booking for another day, click select and add another time. 

    b) If you would like recurring bookings, select the first date and time, then click select and make recurring and advise for how many weeks you would like the booking to reoccur. 

  3. Add details about your activity (e.g., workshop, class, meeting). 

  4. Submit the form. 

  5. For Conference Rooms 1-3, you will then receive a confirmation email.

  6. For Conference Room 4, you will recieve a ‘enquiry received’ email. Axis staff will respond to you enquiry to confirm if it is available.
