axis Playground is our performing arts residency  for artists with disabilities. This residency is designed to support the professional development and the creation of new work by performing artists with disabilities.

Following several successful residencies across various disciplines, axis offered the axis Playground 2020/21 residency and bursary to artist  Áine O'Hara,  a multidisciplinary artist, designer and theatre maker based between Dublin and Mayo.

The Playground Residency funded by The Arts Council. Axis is grateful to Arts & Disability Ireland for their support in an advisory capacity.
